  江若卿这才注意到他旁边的座位一直是空的。他皱起眉头，这里没有人吗，却也没多想，心思很快又被拉回窗外。

  那场雨仍在持续，似乎没有尽头。它唤醒枯树、带来异种、遮蔽信号、切断联络。它究竟从何而来，又因何而落下。江若卿看了看外面的雨，雨幕之外似乎是更大的雨幕……

  龙国代表扶了扶麦克风。

  龙方在W国问题上的立场一以贯之，十分明确。

  概括起来就是，劝和促谈、政治解决。

  一段时间以来，包括今天，M国代表在安理会审议W国问题时，持续传播虚假叙事，对龙方进行污蔑抹黑，这完全不可接受。

  米方观点概括起来无非是三点：第一，龙国向E国提供军事补给。

  第二，龙国向E国提供政治掩护。

  第三，如果没有龙国支持E国，战争早已结束。

  这三点都是彻头彻尾地地道道的谎言。

  在此前的会议上，我方已经多次回应过米方的谬论，今天我可以说的更直白一些。

  第一，如果龙国真的向E国提供军事补给，那战场的局势早就不是今天这个样子。

  第二，如果龙国真的向E国提供了政治掩护，我们就不会在公开场合反复强调，各国的主权和领土完整都应该得到尊重，应该遵守人类联邦宪章的宗旨和原则。

  第三，如果龙国真的不希望战争早日结束，我们就不会派遣特别代表多次开展穿梭外交，也不会同全球南方国家一道，发起成立W国危机和平之友小组。

  M国无非想通过战争削弱E国，击败E国，从而主导O洲安全。

  M国无非想要通过战争来挑动阵营对立制造分裂对抗，打压孤立他们眼中的战略对手龙国。

  M国无非想要通过战争来塑造自己的正面形象，来对冲国际社会对其在ZD问题上的负面评价，很遗憾，M方的上述三点图谋都没有得逞。

  M方不仅不反思自身所作所为，反而气急败坏，对龙方攻击抹黑，这完全是在发泄情绪和转移矛盾，甩锅推责。

  这种做法，只会进一步暴露M方赤裸裸的政治操弄和双重标准，让世人进一步看清其真实面目。

  M方代表示意主席。

  “I apologize for taking up this council’s time but I need to respond to the representative from *’s comments.”

  “He has cited a lot of rhetoric that * has said but we also need to look at facts and we need to look at action.”
